Confirmation of conformity

In compliance with the provisions of “Technical Regulation” law, mandatory confirmation of conformity is performed in the following forms:

Acceptance of a declaration of conformity
Mandatory certification.

Schemes of the mandatory confirmation of conformity are set forth by the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union and by the “Provision of the order of application of the typical assessment (confirmation) schemes of conformity to the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union”, introduced by the Decision of the Customs Union Commission № 621 dated April 7, 2011.

Registration of declarations is performed in compliance with the Order of The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation № 76 dated February 21, 2012 - “On validation of the order of registration of declarations of conformity, of the order of opening and maintaining the unified register of the registered declarations of conformity, of notification of the data in the specified register”

One can register the declaration in:

A certification body;
Federal accreditation service.

An applicant provides the declaration of conformity per se to a certification body or sends to it a first-class mail with list of enclosure and delivery notification.

	Application form for certification of products according to GOST R certification system, including voluntary certification
	Application form for registration of a declaration of conformity according to GOST R certification system
	Application form for certification of products in compliance with technical regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU)
	Application form for other permission documents
